About The Position

The Air Dominance portfolio is seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Finance Program Controls Analyst (P2) to join the team supporting the AMRAAM D4/C9 Engineering & Manufacturing Development (EMD) Contract—a critical AMRAAM subsystems modernization effort covering redesign and development efforts. This role offers a significant growth opportunity to work closely with Program Managers (PMs), Control Account Managers (CAMs), Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads, Finance Leadership, and Operations/Supply Chain partners on one of the Air Dominance portfolio’s highest‑visibility programs. A signing bonus may be available, provided the final candidate meets eligibility requirements. You must be able to work full‑time onsite in Tucson, AZ.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field
  • Experience with data analysis, financial reporting, and/or process improvement.
  • Experience with MS Office
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key member of the program finance team responsible for detailed cost and schedule analysis.
  • Support Earned Value Management (EVM) activities including cost/schedule integration, variance analysis, and preparation of monthly EV deliverables.
  • Help define and understand monthly variances to budget and the program’s EAC/LRE positions.
  • Perform quarterly Estimates at Completion (EAC) and monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LRE), utilizing key EV metrics and program actuals.
  • Complete monthly CDRL financial submissions with rapid turnaround to meet customer deadlines.
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial data analysis supporting major program milestones and subsystem development progress.
  • Update financial reports, tracking tools, and presentations for program leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Process approved Budget Change Requests (BCRs) and ensure all changes are accurately incorporated into program control systems.
  • Support FP&A monthly cadence and broader finance operations as needed.
