The Finance & Office Services Administrator plays a key role in supporting both financial operations and the day-to-day workplace experience. This position blends financial administration with office operations, ensuring accurate reporting, efficient processes, and a well-functioning, organized environment. You will serve as a trusted resource for employees and vendors, helping coordinate services, resolve issues, and keep operations running smoothly. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and analyze financial and operational data; prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Process invoices, expense reimbursements, and petty cash transactions with accuracy and timeliness
  • Support budget tracking and maintain organized financial records, files, and databases
  • Generate and distribute recurring financial and operational reports
  • Oversee office supply, café, and breakroom inventory, including ordering, stocking, and vendor coordination
  • Coordinate facilities maintenance, repairs, and service requests to maintain a safe and productive work environment
  • Assist with office space planning, workstation setup, and new hire onboarding logistics
  • Manage mail distribution and general office workflow processes
  • Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day office needs and operational questions
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and office setup logistics
  • Support workplace safety and security efforts, including badge administration and equipment monitoring
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on office projects and continuous improvement initiatives
