Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7–10+ years of progressive finance experience, with 3–5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting
  • Experience developing financial models and supporting strategic business decisions
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership

Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning
  • Monitor financial performance against KPIs and strategic goals, identifying risks and opportunities
  • Prepare, analyze, and present detailed financial reports to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement financial policies, controls, and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure compliance
  • Manage payroll operations to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing
  • Lead financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership to drive cost control and profitability initiatives
  • Conduct financial risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners including banks, auditors, and financial institutions
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements
  • Lead and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Analyze industry trends and competitive performance to inform business strategies
  • Support executive leadership with board materials, presentations, and strategic initiatives
  • Continuously improve financial processes and systems to drive scalability and efficiency
