About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a background in the RV or automotive industry. This position plays a vital role in supporting dealership operations by securing financing options, ensuring accurate documentation, and providing exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, goal-driven, and committed to maintaining compliance while achieving profitability targets. You’ll work closely with sales and lending teams to help customers finalize their purchases and make confident financial decisions.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Finance Manager in an RV or automotive dealership.
Proven closing and negotiation skills with a strong record of customer satisfaction.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficient with financial software, loan systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Must pass a background and motor vehicle record check.

Achieve monthly goals related to finance income, product penetration, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure all financial data is handled securely.
