Requirements
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a Finance Manager
- Knowledge of dealership funding processes
- Strong leadership and ability to work under pressure
Responsibilities
- Coordinate loan approvals and maintain strong lender relationships
- Oversee contracts in transit and ensure accuracy
- Lead and train the F&I team
- Sell financing, aftermarket products, and extended warranties
- Process finance and lease deals accurately and efficiently
- Work with Sales Management to maximize profit and ensure compliance
- Ensure collection of all finance and insurance fees
