About The Position

Mazda of Dayton is seeking a qualified, dependable Auto Parts Counterperson for our brand new parts department. The candidate will sell parts and accessories to wholesale and retail customers, interact with our Service Department, and maintain the highest possible customer satisfaction index. The individual must be able to multi-task while being efficient. This position will report to the Parts Manager.

Requirements

• 1 Year of customer service experience
• Computer literate to work in CDK daily with training
• High school graduate/equivalent
• Satisfactory employment references
• Pass background check
• Must be 18 or older

Nice To Haves

• Automotive experience a plus
• CDK experience
• Electronic parts catalog
• Strong attention to detail per past employment
• Manufacturer experience
• Working knowledge of parts and service
