About The Position

Automotive Finance (F&I) Manager – Jack Hanania Buick GMC in beautiful St. Augustine Beach, Florida. We are a high-volume dealership seeking a seasoned, elite Automotive Finance Manager to join our team. We operate at a fast pace and require a professional who consistently delivers exceptional product penetrations and high Finance PVR, without sacrificing paperwork integrity. Requirements

Multiple years of proven success as a high-performing automotive dealership F&I Manager.
Daily, expert-level mastery of Darwin Automotive menu software and the CDK DMS platform is strictly required.
A meticulous eye for detail, resulting in hyper-clean deal jackets and rapid funding turnarounds.
Exceptional communication skills and a customer-first attitude that protects the dealership’s reputation and CSI scores.
A Digital KPI production of prior records of experience is required during the interview process.

Responsibilities

Deliver elite Finance PVR and exceptional product penetration (VSC, GAP, maintenance, and ancillary products) using a transparent, menu-based presentation.
Maintain flawless paperwork integrity to ensure an efficient Contracts in Transit (CIT) pipeline, consistently securing funding in less than 5 days with zero lender kickbacks.
Leverage strong relationships with prime, subprime, and manufacturer captive lenders to maximize deal approvals and gross profit.
Ensure 100% adherence to all federal, state, and local automotive finance regulations.
