About The Position

As AAD USAC Finance Manager, you will be a key member of USAC Area Leadership team for AAD business. In addition to the Area team, you will collaborate with the Global Portfolio, Supply Planning, R&D leaders as well as have close connection with AAD Division Leadership team to drive a culture of performance and continuous improvement, shaping operational strategies that align with both short-term and long-term objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Seven (7) years of finance experience working in private, public, government or military environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Responsibilities

  • Be a business partner to Area Division Leader in USAC & provide financial leadership to USAC area team for AAD business.
  • Drive robust process in financial planning & analysis to improve business results, target attainment & accountability.
  • Facilitate regular discussions on forecast outlook with risks and opportunity assessment, action plans with area and business teams on a regular basis, including but not limited to weekly forecast update & monthly forecast estimate.
  • Accountable for Longview submission for monthly estimate, operating planning and provide support for long-term Strategic Plan.
  • Leverage data across multiple systems and platforms to articulate sources of growth performance & variances to plans and estimates.
  • Connect operational actions to financial planning to drive accountability & execution.
  • Lead Sales Incentive Planning / Sales Performance Target development, Customer Incentive Planning, and other investments to drive growth and commercial excellence.
  • Partner with Key Account Leaders to provide financial leadership in joint business planning with customers and annual CIP negotiations.
  • Influence area & business team with analyses & insight to improve cash flow, including AR DSO, AR past due resolution, DIO & NWI performance & attainment.
  • Engage with Global Portfolio teams & other cross-functional teams to drive portfolio management, price, mix and margin improvement, and return on investment optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial procedures.
