About The Position

Ted Moore Auto Group is seeking a Finance Producer to help customers obtain financing for vehicle purchases and complete the documentation required for each financing transaction. The role oversees dealership customer loan origination and approvals, maintains relationships with prime and subprime lenders, and presents service contracts, GAP, and other ancillary products. The position calls for a customer-service-oriented professional who values integrity and the organization’s core values.

Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of experience in automotive finance.
• A driven, outgoing individual with excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dealership customer loan origination and approval processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with prime and subprime lenders.
• Prepare federal, state, and dealer paperwork accurately and submit it to the accounting department in a timely manner.
• Meet or exceed monthly customer satisfaction index (CSI) score goals.
• Present service contracts, GAP, and other beneficial ancillary products to customers.
