About The Position

The Finance Manager will support reporting, prepare financial statements, assist with complex transactions, develop controls, enhance forecasting, and coordinate audits. Supporting the controllership with monthly, quarterly and annual reporting. Assisting with accounting analysis for complex transactions (e.g. acquisitions, financing, restructuring, compensation programs) under both IFRS and US GAAP. Preparation of financial statements under GAAP for auditor review, including preparation of note disclosure. Assisting with development of controls and processes. Building out the forecasting function and preparation of forecasts of P&L. Working as a bridge between our auditors (both internal and external) and our accounting and operational employees to ensure a smooth audit (preparation of reconciliations, working papers, sample testing etc.).

Requirements

• US CPA required
• Experience with a Big 4 (Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG) professional accounting firm preferred
• Experience with ERPs preferred (e.g. Workday)

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
