About The Position

Schneider is seeking a Finance Manager in Green Bay to lead a team of finance associates and provide analysis on a broad spectrum of operational and financial issues. The role contributes to annual planning and budgeting processes and provides financial direction to various business segments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• A minimum of 5 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Experience in a multi-divisional corporation.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Strong financial systems and Microsoft Suite knowledge.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• CPA or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor a team of finance associates.
• Provide financial support and expertise to controllers, department directors, and operations leaders.
• Create journal entries, prepare reconciliations, and complete intercompany accounting.
• Recommend and implement improvement plans involving operating procedures and policies.
• Analyze department expenditures and recommend cost reduction plans.
• Assist one or more business segments with financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and forecasting.
• Develop decision support tools to enhance departments’ understanding of their cost structures and cost drivers.
