About The Position

The Finance Manager supervises the organization’s financial planning and analysis activities and leads development of annual operating plans, divisional budgets, business plans, and quarterly forecasts. The role works cross-functionally with accounting to manage preparation of accounts throughout the periodic close process and leads a small team of analysts in meeting strategic priorities.

The Finance Manager performs root cause analysis and partners with divisional leadership and other functional areas to drive proactive solutions through process and technology improvements. The role also develops and enhances financial models and reports to improve financial plans and decision analyses, and partners with the finance data team to continue transforming financial reporting. Other duties may be assigned.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid schedule requiring onsite work at least four days per week. Depending on business needs, the position may be based at another Reyes Beverage Group Southeast facility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 6 to 8 years of related experience, with 3 or more years of leadership experience; or a high school diploma and 9 or more years of specific experience, with 5 or more years of leadership experience.
