About The Position

The Finance Manager is responsible for work requiring senior-level accounting experience, particularly in GAAP general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and tax. The role calls for strong analytical judgment to identify discrepancies and anomalies, recommend corrective action or process improvements, and work independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 3+ years in a senior accounting role, with an emphasis on GAAP general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and tax.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of GAAP.
• Proficiency with Excel, including advanced formulas.
• Ability to take initiative without supervision.
• Ability to think critically, recognize discrepancies and anomalies through analysis, and recommend corrective action and/or process improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in business administration or an equivalent field.
• Healthcare background; revenue experience is a strong plus.
• CPA.
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics (GP) and CCH AnswerConnect.
