About The Position

DeVoe Cadillac, part of the family-owned DeVoe Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager (F&I Manager) to join its established luxury dealership in Naples, Florida. The role owns the dealership’s F&I process and works closely with Sales, Accounting, and dealership leadership to structure and close profitable deals while providing a professional, transparent customer experience consistent with Cadillac’s luxury brand standards. The Finance Manager builds lender relationships, secures approvals, presents finance and insurance products, and ensures accurate documentation and timely funding. The position also requires strong compliance practices, effective use of dealership management systems and digital retailing platforms, adaptability to evolving dealership technology and AI tools, and consistent attention to performance goals and customer satisfaction. This is not an entry-level position; the successful candidate is expected to take ownership and contribute from day one. Requirements

At least 2–3 years of automotive Finance Manager / F&I experience.
Proven history of strong PVR and F&I product penetration.
Experience with menu-based F&I selling.
Working knowledge of dealership management systems and CRM platforms.
Strong familiarity with web-based dealership platforms and emerging AI tools, with adaptability to technology.
Demonstrated history of strong customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills.
Ability to manage priorities and follow deals through to completion.
Professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
Stable work history.
Valid driver's license.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to successfully complete pre-employment background and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Previous Cadillac, General Motors, or luxury automotive dealership experience.
Experience serving luxury clientele and delivering a high-touch customer experience.
Strong understanding of leasing, lender programs, and manufacturer-specific finance incentives.

Responsibilities

Own the F&I process in collaboration with Sales, Accounting, and dealership leadership.
Structure clean, profitable deals and secure lender approvals.
Build and maintain relationships with banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions.
Submit, contract, and close deals accurately and efficiently.
Guide customers through cash, finance, and lease transactions professionally, confidently, and transparently.
Present service contracts, GAP, and ancillary products using a consultative, customer-focused approach.
Deliver a seamless F&I experience consistent with Cadillac luxury brand standards.
Use dealership management systems and digital retailing platforms, and adapt to evolving dealership technology and AI-powered tools.
Work toward PVR, product penetration, funding, and customer satisfaction goals.
Maintain complete and accurate deal documentation to support clean, timely funding.
Ensure transactions meet dealership standards and applicable local, state, and federal requirements.
Stay current on title, registration, lender, and compliance requirements.
Identify issues early, communicate clearly, and take ownership of resolving them.
Collaborate with Sales and Accounting to keep deals moving efficiently.
Balance profitability, compliance, funding efficiency, product performance, lender relationships, and customer satisfaction in a results-driven environment.
