About The Position

We are hiring a Finance Manager to join our West Operations Team in Irvine, CA who will: Prepare, review, and analyze critical Operations Finance data to increase revenue and minimize costs. Diagnose complex situations, and present possible solutions to business leaders.. Responsible for guiding regional leaders on financial performance, providing direction and support for maintaining budget responsibility. Participate in monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and multi-year strategic planning. Tackle challenging problems in support of company financial and analytics disciplines (i.e. FP&A, Capital Planning, Revenue Management, Decision Support, Acquisitions). Assist with analysis related to significant transactions such as property sales, acquisitions and capital expenditures. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance and Operations.
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Strong data modeling experience
  • Strong business writing skills

Nice To Haves

  • Real Estate experience is a plus.
  • Experience with SQL Server and databases is a plus

Benefits

  • Expected base salary of $105,000- $130,000. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
