Partnership for a Healthier America (PHA) is seeking a Finance & Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, with a strong emphasis on accounts payable and receivable (AP/AR). This role ensures accurate financial processing, supports monthly close activities, and maintains clean, organized financial data across systems. In addition to finance responsibilities, this role provides administrative and operational support to ensure smooth internal coordination across teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable balancing financial accuracy with day-to-day operational needs. This position will primarily work remotely, but will also need to be available 1-2 days in office to fulfill in-office administrative responsibilities at our DC Headquarters at least once a week. This role reports to the Director of Finance.
