Finance Manager – Pettus Automotive Group Pettus Automotive is seeking a skilled and experienced Franchise Finance Manager to join our team. This is an opportunity for a proven professional who understands dealership finance operations, lender relationships, compliance, and delivering a strong customer experience in the F&I office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working in a franchise dealership environment , be comfortable structuring deals, securing lender approvals, and presenting finance and protection products with confidence and integrity. Requirements
- Previous experience as a Finance Manager in a franchise dealership
- Strong knowledge of automotive lending and deal structuring
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
- High level of professionalism and integrity
Responsibilities
- Structure and finalize vehicle finance deals
- Work with banks and lenders to secure approvals
- Present finance and protection products to customers
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and lender regulations
- Maintain strong lender relationships
- Work closely with the sales team to finalize transactions and deliver a smooth customer experience
