About The Position

Gordie Boucher Ford of Kenosha is seeking a motivated, experienced Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to deliver strong results while providing an exceptional customer experience. The role guides customers through financing and protection options, manages financing relationships and dealership performance goals, and takes ownership of each deal from reviewing financing options through accurate paperwork and timely funding. The ideal candidate builds trust, communicates clearly, works collaboratively, and follows ethical, transparent sales practices.

Requirements

• Previous automotive F&I experience with a demonstrated record of performance.
• Strong knowledge of automotive financing, lender requirements, and F&I products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced dealership.
• Commitment to ethical sales practices, transparency, and customer satisfaction.

• Experience with dealership management systems and digital contracting.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through financing and protection options using a clear, professional, customer-focused approach.
• Present vehicle service contracts, GAP coverage, maintenance plans, and other available products based on customer needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with lenders to secure financing options.
• Meet dealership goals for profitability, product penetration, customer satisfaction, and funding.
• Prepare and review contracts and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain compliance with applicable requirements and dealership policies.
• Manage contracts in transit, resolve funding delays, and follow up on outstanding documents.
• Partner with sales and management teams to provide an efficient purchase and delivery experience.
• Handle customer questions and product cancellation requests promptly and professionally.
