About The Position

Requirements

• Previous automotive F&I experience is required; this is not an entry-level role.
• Proven track record of strong F&I performance.
• Knowledge of deal structuring, automotive financing, lending, and F&I products.
• Ability to present VSC, GAP, and other protection products confidently.
• Strong lender relationships and ability to build new ones.
• Understanding of dealership, lender, state, and federal compliance.
• Ability to maximize profitability while preserving the customer experience.
