About The Position

An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Louisville, KY area for an individual with 5+ years’ experience as a Finance Manager with a background in the Commercial Construction industry. This position would earn a generous six-figure base salary and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K w/ matching, Short/Long Term Disability, Life insurance, PTO and other outstanding perks.

Requirements

5+ years of Financial Analysis and Reporting/Processing experience in the Construction industry
A comprehensive understanding of Payroll Processing, AP/AR, Job Cost Billing, General Ledger, Month-end, and Year-end close
Experience overseeing multiple large projects at $100-200M in the US
Experience evaluating procedures and systems including compliance and developing KPI metrics/tracking, and reporting
Experience with MS Excel including V-Lookup and PIVOT tables
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related

Responsibilities

Create and review General Ledger
Manage the processing/summarizing of AP, AR, bills, labor and job costing, employee expenses and both union/non-union payroll
Review and analyze reports, identify discrepancies, and provide financial analysis and communicate variances to stakeholders
Evaluate/develop project KPI metrics/tracking, and reporting
Support initiatives related to financial reporting and processing system improvements
