About The Position

The Heritage Growers Finance Manager leads the financial and accounting functions of Heritage Growers, a native seed and plant supply venture and distinct program of River Partners. The position reports to the River Partners Director of Finance, with co-supervision from the Heritage Growers General Manager, and works closely with River Partners’ CFO, Heritage Growers staff, River Partners’ Finance and Administration team, and the Heritage Growers Board Committee. The role supports financial reporting, invoicing and retail sales operations, collections, inventory tracking, and effective stewardship of financial and operational resources. It partners with the General Manager on financial results and supports growth through budgets, grant reviews, farm-cost monitoring, invoicing, and strategic decision-making. Its work is supported by public grants and contracts, retail and internal seed and nursery sales, and charitable lending.
