About The Position

CR England is seeking a skilled Finance Manager to support senior management through financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and project support. The role focuses on building and maintaining financial models, turning data into actionable insights, and helping leaders set priorities across multiple operating divisions. The company is looking for ambitious candidates who can take on increasing responsibility and develop into future leaders.

The team uses Claude and Microsoft Excel daily to create analysis, reporting, and tools. The Finance Manager will use AI tools to automate reporting and analysis and help drive AI adoption across the team. The position operates in a hybrid work environment, with work both in-office and remote. Pay is $90,000–$120,000 annually, based on experience.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Hands-on experience using Claude or similar AI tools in a professional setting, with a drive to continue developing that skill.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, or related fields.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, both in-office and remote.

• Snowflake experience.
• Microsoft SQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to support budget planning and weekly forecasts.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including variance analysis.
• Provide ad hoc project support for senior management.
• Assist with the month-end close process in coordination with corporate finance.
• Identify financial opportunities and risks.
• Transform data into actionable insights and develop new reporting structures.
• Use Claude and other AI tools to automate reporting and analysis, and help drive AI adoption across the team.
• Collaborate with department leaders to align priorities and establish goals across multiple operating divisions.
• Foster a team-oriented mindset, provide problem-solving leadership, and deliver exceptional service to business partners.
