About The Position

Audi of Orange Park is seeking a driven, experienced Finance Manager to join their Audi team. This role is for a proven automotive finance professional who can build trust, maximize performance, and deliver a seamless experience from the showroom to the final signature. The ideal candidate is confident in the finance office, passionate about customer service, and motivated by results.

Requirements

Previous Automotive Finance Manager experience is required.
Proven track record of achieving finance and product sales goals.
Strong knowledge of automotive lending, F&I products, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong understanding of dealership finance systems and technology.
Professional presence and a customer-first mindset.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and hair follicle drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Luxury, European, Audi, or premium automotive experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Guide customers through financing, leasing, protection products, and aftermarket options.
Build trust with customers by presenting products clearly, professionally, and transparently.
Secure competitive financing and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions.
Maximize finance and product performance while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
Ensure all transactions comply with federal, state, lender, and dealership requirements.
Accurately complete and process all finance documentation.
Partner with the Sales Team to create a seamless luxury buying experience.
Monitor finance performance, product penetration, and profitability.
Represent The Hanania Way through integrity, professionalism, accountability, and exceptional customer service.
