About The Position
The Finance Manager at Ford of Hialeah is responsible for structuring and finalizing vehicle financing and insurance packages for customers purchasing new and pre-owned vehicles. This role works closely with the sales team to deliver a seamless and transparent finance experience, maximize F&I product penetration, and ensure full compliance with all regulatory and dealership requirements. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented finance professional with strong automotive F&I experience and exceptional customer service skills.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of automotive F&I experience in a dealership setting
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding F&I performance goals
- Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, and F&I products
- Thorough understanding of compliance requirements including OFAC, Red Flags, and Truth in Lending
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment
- Valid state insurance license or willingness to obtain one
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Tekion or similar DMS strongly preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred given our South Florida market
Responsibilities
- Present and close financing, leasing, and F&I product packages to customers in a professional and transparent manner
- Work with a network of lenders to secure competitive financing approvals for a diverse customer base
- Structure deals to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance
- Achieve monthly F&I income, product penetration, and per-copy goals
- Prepare and process all finance and lease documentation accurately and in compliance with federal, state, and dealership requirements
- Maintain strong lender relationships and stay current on financing programs and rate changes
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to finance
- Accurately record all finance transactions and customer data in Tekion DMS
- Ensure all deals are fully compliant with OFAC, Red Flags, and other regulatory requirements
- Train and mentor sales staff on finance processes and product awareness
- Handle customer financing inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
