About The Position

Global Finance partners with Capital Group (CG) business units to proactively provide relevant, timely and accurate financial reporting, innovative analysis and business insights that impact strategic decision-making while protecting the interests of investors/clients, associates, and CG shareholders. As a Global Finance Manager, you will serve as a strategic finance partner and internal consultant to senior leaders, influencing and driving critical projects that impact Capital’s long-term strategy. You will lead complex, strategic financial planning, reporting and business decision support, translating financial and business insights into clear recommendations. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, building strong business partnering capabilities and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across a portfolio of priorities.

Requirements

Seasoned finance leader and strategic business partner with a consulting mindset.
Experience advising executive leadership in complex, global organizations.
Ability to lead with clarity, accountability, and purpose—driving business results while motivating and developing a high performing team.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment where anticipating business needs, developing key business insights to influence senior stakeholders, and strong program/project management skills are essential.
Adept at navigating complex, ambiguous business challenges with a consulting mindset.
Ability to see the big picture and break down high level objectives into an actionable execution plan with clear responsibilities and processes.
Degree in Accounting or Finance.
MBA strongly desired.
