About The Position

The role also includes supporting customers through financing processes, maintaining customer satisfaction, auditing trade-in appraisals, and ensuring dealership records are maintained. Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in automotive sales.
Strong negotiation skills.
Ability to ask for the sale and handle customer requests.
Ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate automobiles by explaining their characteristics, capabilities, and features, arranging test drives, and explaining warranties and services.
Attend to customers and help ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Work through current finance processes, including lease and bank approvals.
Audit appraisals of trade-in vehicles.
Ensure appropriate dealership records are maintained.
