About The Position

Seeking a Finance Manager of Labor and Analytics who will lead the development and delivery of data-driven insights that optimize operational efficiency across Advance Auto Parts. This role is responsible for managing business analysis, building scalable reporting solutions, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to enable strategic decision-making through advanced analytics and visualization tools.

  • Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of senior management, department heads, and the Operations Teams
  • Attention to quality, reconciliation, and accuracy are critical as the audience is often mgmt/exec level staff and the decisions being made are significant in scope/impact
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related required
  • 4+ years of experience in a Finance field

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights on Store Operations, labor forecasting, scheduling efficiency and other Operational and Workforce KPIs.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources (e.g., Snowflake, ERP systems) to create unified reporting views for WFM and operational leaders.
  • Conduct scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to support labor optimization and Store Operations strategies.
  • Work cross functionally fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Finance Teams to identify opportunities for cost savings, productivity improvements, and service-level enhancements.
  • Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
