About The Position

This program is designed to develop future leaders in Corporate Finance and Accounting. Participants will initially be placed in specific assignments within areas such as Customer Finance, General Accounting, Supply Chain Financial Analysis, or Marketing and Sales Financial Analysis. Over time, individuals will rotate through various assignments within the Finance department to broaden their experience. The program aims to enhance financial and accounting expertise while also fostering a deep understanding of the company's business operations. Participants will collaborate with colleagues and senior managers across different disciplines, including Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Information Technology, with the opportunity to significantly contribute to the company's success.

Requirements

Desire for a career in Corporate Finance/Accounting
Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Strong business analysis skills
Well-developed PC skills
Ability to leverage information to develop insightful business judgment
