About The Position

The Finance organization at CVS Health is seeking talented individuals to join us in transforming the health care industry—making it more accessible, equitable, and affordable for all. Our Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a three-year rotational experience designed to develop early-career professionals into future finance leaders at our Fortune 10 company. Through the FLDP, participants build a strong foundation in business acumen, technical expertise, and leadership capabilities. The program includes three one-year rotations focused on financial planning and analysis, data analytics, and data visualization. This immersive experience equips participants with the skills and insights needed to thrive in a dynamic, purpose-driven organization. The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a foundational pipeline designed to cultivate the next generation of finance leaders. Successful candidates exhibit a passion for finance, intellectual curiosity, and a drive for excellence. They are ambitious, self-motivated, and committed to continuous development. You will gain valuable work experience and participate in: In addition to technical and analytical capabilities, the program emphasizes key leadership competencies such as change agility, emotional intelligence, and relationship building. Participants are expected to demonstrate adaptability in dynamic environments, foster meaningful connections across the organization, and approach challenges with a growth mindset. Business unit aligned finance roles: Health Care Benefits Finance, Pharmacy & Consumer Wellness Finance, Health Services Segment Finance. In addition to gaining diverse professional experience, you will grow your leadership through projects that contribute to the success of our business, mentorship and networking opportunities, community service projects, and soft skill leadership building opportunities. 100% of our participants have been offered internal roles upon graduation, highlighting the strength of our curriculum as a powerful career launchpad within CVS Health. Requirements

  • Meet educational requirements (anticipated completion of bachelor's degree program by start date or equivalent experience).
  • Have a major, minor, concentration, or work experience relevant to the position (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics or similar majors).
  • Willingness to relocate for one-year rotations.
  • Must have successfully completed CVS Health Corporate Internship Program.

Nice To Haves

  • 0-1.5 years of related professional experience, preferably related finance or accounting internship or business experience.
  • Technical skills with reporting, database and visualization using tools such as Excel, VBA, Access, Alteryx, Tableau, SQL.
  • Transferable leadership experience (e.g., active roles in student or social organization activities, sports, school projects or at work).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to solve complex problems or tasks.
  • Interest in building a long-term career in Finance at CVS Health.
