About The Position

The Finance Intern supports the Finance team with financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and other business-related projects. The intern works with finance and cross-functional teams while developing analytical, technical, and business skills. Requirements

• Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Ability to collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information appropriately.
• Willingness to learn financial systems, reporting tools, and business processes.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements in accordance with legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
• Assist in analyzing expenses.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly financial reports.
• Assist team members with monthly financial closes.
• Ensure business transactions are recorded for assigned areas, including maintaining key account reconciliations.
• Assist with statistical analysis and special projects.
• Support OE/Lean practices, including 5S, Kaizen, Daily Management Control, and Standard Work.
