Finance Intern
About The Position
Fossil Group is seeking a Summer Finance Intern for its Time to Shine Internship Program at the company’s headquarters in Richardson, Texas. This paid, 10-week program for Summer 2027 offers hands-on experience and meaningful project work supporting business initiatives and decisions. The intern will gain exposure to financial planning and analysis, reporting, budgeting, and cross-functional business partnerships. The role provides opportunities to learn how finance supports decisions across Brand & Marketing, Commercial (Retail, Wholesale, and E-commerce), Supply Chain, and Corporate functions. The intern will receive guidance from a dedicated mentor, take part in workshops and discussions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present a capstone project to Fossil leadership. The schedule is in person Monday through Thursday at Fossil Group HQ and remote on Friday.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Must be at least 18 years old by the start of the program.
- Available to work in person at Fossil Group HQ in Richardson, Texas, Monday through Thursday, and remotely on Friday.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with data, numbers, and financial concepts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Curious, motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
- Support Finance team initiatives through project work that contributes to business decisions.
- Assist with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and data reconciliation.
- Learn how financial insights drive strategy across a global organization.
- Work with a dedicated mentor and participate in professional development.
- Participate in workshops, lunch-and-learns, and panel discussions focused on finance and business fundamentals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present a capstone project to Fossil leadership at the end of the program.
- Contribute ideas and an analytical mindset to team projects.
