About The Position

Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast are seeking applicants for anticipated 2027 Summer Finance Internship opportunities in Boston, Massachusetts, and Renton, Washington. This is a general application for consideration across multiple teams and brands, not a specific vacancy. Project assignments will be confirmed on a rolling basis, and a recruiter may contact applicants whose profiles align with a project. Applying does not guarantee an interview or placement. Depending on confirmed projects and business needs, interns may support financial planning and analysis, accounting and controllership, treasury and capital markets, tax and compliance, commercial and brand finance, or finance operations and transformation. Work may include analyzing financial and operating data; supporting forecasts, budgets, reconciliations, controls, reporting, or cash management; preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations; researching business or regulatory questions; improving finance processes, controls, models, or workflows; and collaborating with finance colleagues and cross-functional partners on a meaningful project. The program runs from June through August for 10–12 weeks, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. Most internships follow a hybrid schedule with three days per week in the office; select roles may require five days onsite. The project-specific work model and schedule will be shared before interviews. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; the company cannot provide immigration sponsorship. Interns join a global cohort with structured onboarding and weekly learning and development, meaningful work tied to business priorities, mentorship and feedback, brand immersion and leader conversations, peer networking and social experiences, and opportunities to volunteer. This is a paid internship. Hourly rates vary by degree level, year in school, and worksite. The listed ranges are $34–$38 per hour in Renton and $36–$38 per hour in Boston. Relocation assistance is available to candidates meeting applicable distance and other eligibility criteria.
