Hasbro•Boston, MA
•$34 - $38•Hybrid

About The Position

Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast are accepting applications for anticipated 2027 summer finance internships in Boston, Massachusetts, and Renton, Washington. This is a general application for consideration across multiple potential projects and teams, not a specific vacancy. Depending on confirmed projects and business needs, interns may support financial planning and analysis, accounting and controllership, treasury and capital markets, tax and compliance, commercial and brand finance, or finance operations and transformation. Opportunities may be with Hasbro or Wizards of the Coast. Work may include analyzing financial and operating data; supporting forecasts, budgets, reconciliations, controls, reporting, or cash management; creating reports, dashboards, or presentations; researching business or regulatory questions; improving finance processes, controls, models, or workflows; and collaborating with finance colleagues and cross-functional partners on a project. Interns receive structured onboarding and weekly learning and development, meaningful work, mentorship and feedback, brand immersion, leadership conversations, networking opportunities, and opportunities to volunteer with the intern community. The program runs from June through August for 10–12 weeks and is full-time at 40 hours per week. Most internships use a hybrid schedule with three office days per week; some roles may require five days onsite. The project-specific schedule will be shared before interviews. The internship is paid, with hourly ranges of $34–$38 in Renton and $36–$38 in Boston. Relocation assistance may be available to eligible candidates. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available. Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited university degree program and remain enrolled for at least one academic term after the internship. Undergraduate and graduate students may apply. The company generally prioritizes students entering their final year after the internship, though students at other eligible stages are also encouraged. Candidates must be able to commit to the full program schedule and work model for their assigned location. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis from October to March, as needed. Applying does not guarantee an interview or placement.
