Requirements

Currently pursuing a Master's degree (such as an MBA or Master's in Finance) in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Possess strong foundational accounting knowledge.

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with commercial teams to gather data and compile evidence-based recommendations for business planning, forecasting, and scenario-planning.
Support the tracking of portfolio prioritization and resource allocation, building transparency around internal investments and evaluating the financial implications and ROI of business activities.
Ensure the accuracy of financial statements by assisting with core financial processes, including standard accounting principles, account reconciliations, and month-end reporting.
Leverage analytics to merge financial, supply chain, and patient program data into actionable insights, translating complex financial data into high-impact presentations for stakeholders.
Identify and implement innovative opportunities for automation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to increase efficiency and support digital transformations in forecasting and process digitalization.
