Assessing compliance of employee expense claims in a timely and accurate manner, against the Company’s Policies, Procedures and External regulatory requirements. Support Administrator for the expense management application. Support Card Administrator for the corporate credit card program. Identify, capture, and communicate exceptions to Policy to management. Respond to inquiries about the expense reporting application, provide support and engage in solutions to user problems to ensure user satisfaction. Ensure system audit rules, reminders, and system settings are operating correctly, and employee data is updated accurately and activated. Work with the General Accounting team on process improvement and efficiencies where appropriate Prepare monthly reconciliations of corporate card statements and employee reimbursements in NetSuite. Handle integration between Expense Management Platform (Ramp) and NetSuite Support the preparation of reports and user/ admin training material where required on a periodic basis to address updates to the compliance monitoring process
