About The Position

At Medtronic, we are seeking a transformational finance leader to serve as Neuromodulation Integration Finance Director, reporting directly to the Neuromodulation CFO. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a high-visibility, dynamic finance integration workstream for the Neuromodulation business. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience in finance and/or accounting (Or 8+ years of relevant experience with an advanced degree)
  • Possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment (for roles below Principal level).

Nice To Haves

  • Professional credentials: CPA, CMA, and/or MBA
  • Experience working in global environments and operating outside of the United States
  • Industry experience in healthcare, medtech, or technology-driven environments
  • Proven transformation experience (e.g., post-acquisition integration, business/functional transformation)
  • Demonstrated success operating in a complex, matrixed environment, with strong collaboration across levels and functions
  • Deep knowledge of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Experience with program/project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Six Sigma, PMP)
  • Excellent communication, influence, and storytelling skills with senior leadership

Responsibilities

  • Lead finance integration planning and execution
  • Partner with the Neuromodulation Integration team and enterprise-wide Finance (Corporate, OU, Portfolio) to design and lead the end-to-end finance integration roadmap.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for finance integration
  • Develop and manage integration roadmaps, establish reporting and forecasting processes, manage finance workstreams, ensure clear ownership and accountability, and regularly report progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Anticipate and manage cross-functional dependencies, proactively resolve issues, and escalate when needed to protect integration timelines and outcomes.
  • Oversee financial models and reporting from acquisition through full integration into standard financial processes, policies, and controls.
  • Partner closely with the Neuromodulation Integration Leader and broader leadership to shape financial strategy, evaluate options, and support data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align processes, systems, and performance metrics; identify and implement process improvements that drive standardization, scalability, and efficiency.
