Requirements

Proven experience in automotive finance, insurance, or a related field.
Deep knowledge of credit reports and all types of financing, including subprime
Sharp communication and negotiation skills that close deals
A detail-driven mindset with a hunger to learn and grow

Responsibilities

Facilitate Financing Options: Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and present tailored financing plans.
Credit Management: Analyze credit applications and liaise with a network of lenders to secure competitive financing solutions.
Sales of Add-Ons: Offer valuable products like extended warranties, insurance, and protection packages to enhance customer satisfaction.
Transaction Completion: Oversee the preparation and execution of all financing and insurance-related paperwork with accuracy and efficiency.
Customer Relationships: Deliver exceptional service, fostering trust and loyalty to maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index scores.
Compliance: Ensure all processes adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
