About The Position

Bobby Rahal Lexus of Lancaster County is hiring a Finance & Insurance Consultant. The role processes customer credit applications and submits them to financial institutions for approval, completes and organizes state and finance-related paperwork for vehicle transactions, and reviews paperwork with clients at vehicle delivery. The consultant explains optional products such as vehicle service agreements, paint and fabric protection, and road hazard coverage, with an emphasis on integrity, honesty, and transparency.

The schedule includes some evenings and every Saturday, with a designated weekday off. The dealership is closed Sundays. Compensation is salary plus commission.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

• Prior automotive dealership and/or finance experience is preferred.
• PA Vehicle Sales license; the employer will help the candidate acquire one if necessary.

Responsibilities
