About The Position

Accenture is seeking a commercially sharp, deeply experienced Finance practitioner to lead Finance Reinvention for Fortune 500 clients. The role combines Finance and Accounting domain expertise with fluency in AI, agentic technologies, and modern ERP ecosystems. This senior, client-facing position involves selling, shaping, and delivering large-scale transformation, from deal origination through execution, while building trusted relationships with CFOs and CAOs.

The successful candidate will lead Finance and Accounting sales and practice activity across the full deal lifecycle; advise senior Finance leaders and generate opportunities; design AI-first Finance solutions with clear value outcomes; and develop commercially compelling transformation propositions. The role also calls for deep expertise in at least one Finance and Accounting tower—PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A—and contributions to market-facing thought leadership on Finance Reinvention and AI in Finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, and CPA or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience in large-scale Finance sales or Finance transformation in consulting or Managed Services.
• At least 7 years of experience in Insurance, Banking, or capital markets.

• Previous external consulting experience.
• Proven track record leading and closing large Finance consulting or managed services deals.
• Ability to design and articulate AI-first operating models.
• Hands-on experience deploying agentic AI, GenAI, or intelligent automation in a Finance context.
• Deep familiarity with leading ERP and Finance and Accounting platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, and Coupa.
• Financial industry expertise, such as in Banking or Insurance.
• Experience structuring and winning Finance and Accounting managed services contracts.

Responsibilities

• Own the full Finance and Accounting deal lifecycle, from pursuit and origination through shaping, presentations, workshops, co-design, and project execution for global enterprise clients.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with CFOs, CAOs, and Finance leaders, influencing strategy and generating new opportunities.
• Design AI-first Finance solutions using agentic AI, intelligent automation, and emerging ERP and ecosystem technologies, with clear value outcomes.
• Translate complex transformation programs into commercially clear value propositions that build CFO confidence and help win large-scale managed services deals.
• Lead process re-engineering, digital transformation, and AI integration in at least one Finance and Accounting tower: PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A.
• Contribute to market-facing thought leadership on Finance Reinvention, AI in Finance and the future of the Finance function, and represent the firm at industry forums.
