PleasureLand RV is seeking a motivated Finance Manager to join their growing team in Sioux Falls. As a family-owned business with over 50 years in the RV industry, they pride themselves on integrity, teamwork, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. They are looking for a driven, ethical individual looking for an opportunity to build a rewarding career with a respected and growing company. Direct F&I experience is not required, as they are willing to train the right candidate with a strong banking or sales background.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong sales aptitude and comfort presenting financial products
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Professional appearance and a customer-first mindset
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in Finance & Insurance (F&I), automotive/RV sales, banking, or lending is preferred but not required
- Highly motivated with a strong banking or sales background
Responsibilities
- Present and sell financing, warranty, insurance, and aftermarket products to customers
- Close RV deals by structuring finance deals and securing lender approvals
- Work closely with the sales team to create a seamless, high-quality customer experience
- Manage all finance and titling paperwork while maintaining full regulatory compliance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, lenders, and finance partners
