About The Position

The Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager is responsible for ensuring every vehicle sale is completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with all legal and lender requirements. This role guides customers through the financing and delivery process while presenting products and services that provide additional protection and value.

Requirements

  • Previous automotive F&I experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of automotive financing, compliance, and lender requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct customer introductions and needs assessments during the vehicle delivery process.
  • Ensure every customer receives a professional, efficient, and positive experience.
  • Verify vehicle information, including VIN, mileage, and trade-in details.
  • Complete and review all required sales and financing documentation.
  • Confirm customer information, including contact details and insurance information.
  • Verify trade-in payoff information when applicable.
  • Explain manufacturer and dealership warranty coverage.
  • Present finance and protection products using a menu-based sales approach.
  • Review credit applications for accuracy before submission to lenders.
  • Secure financing solutions that best meet customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with lending partners.
  • Monitor lender chargebacks and ensure accuracy.
  • Assist with monthly forecasting and departmental goals.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers, employees, and vendors.
  • Attend sales and management meetings as required.
