About The Position

As a Finance Experienced Professional, you will be responsible for driving technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis. This role manages and analyzes complex accounting activities related to environmental liabilities, litigation accruals, and sales bonus accruals. The position also oversees purchase order (PO) creation and ongoing monitoring, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance across multiple financial systems. You will act as a strategic integrator across cross-functional stakeholders, utilizing strong analytical capabilities, effective collaboration, and the ability to deliver clear, actionable insights that support informed financial and business decisions.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Availability to work in a global position, collaborating across regions, time zones, and multicultural environments.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing internal controls over financial reporting, including accounting policy implementations, SOX, distributed controllership, process simplification and internal controls over IPP monitoring and risk.
• Serve as controllership experts on financial system and ERP implementations.
• Detects and signals flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggests improvements for areas of responsibility.
• Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business of data gathering and analysis.
• Contributes to various projects as a team member.
