About The Position

Swickard Auto Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager for BMW of Portland. This role involves guiding high-net-worth luxury guests through financing, leasing, and protection product options with integrity and care. The position requires structuring deals accurately and efficiently, presenting and selling F&I products through a disciplined menu-based process, and maintaining strong relationships with lending and leasing partners. Ensuring compliance with all regulations, maintaining accurate documentation, and funding contracts within timelines are key responsibilities. The goal is to elevate the F&I experience, making every guest feel informed, respected, and confident.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of Finance Manager experience in a franchised dealership
  • Proven top-producer performance -- strong PVR, VSC penetration, GAP penetration, and lender diversification
  • Deep command of menu selling, deal structure, and compliance standards (Reg Z, TILA, FCRA)
  • Active state F&I license, or the ability to obtain one prior to start
  • Polished, professional communicator -- able to build trust with luxury clientele quickly and present options with clarity
  • A hospitality mindset -- you protect the guest's interests and the dealership's integrity in equal measure

Nice To Haves

  • Luxury or premium brand experience strongly preferred
  • BMW or European brand experience a strong plus
  • Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Guide high-net-worth luxury guests through financing, leasing, and protection product options with confidence, integrity, and care
  • Structure deals accurately and efficiently -- coordinating with sales and lending partners to ensure smooth, compliant transactions
  • Present and sell F&I products -- including VSC, GAP, and maintenance -- through a disciplined menu-based process
  • Build and maintain strong lender and leasing partner relationships to deliver competitive, tailored options for every guest
  • Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and manufacturer regulations on every deal, every time
  • Partner with sales leadership to capture 100% of finance transactions and deliver a seamless handoff experience
  • Maintain clean, accurate deal documentation and fund contracts within established timelines
  • Elevate the F&I experience -- making every guest feel informed, respected, and confident in their decision
