About The Position

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager for their Carmel Indiana Dealerships. This role involves making credit decisions, submitting deals to lenders, and facilitating the sales process by bridging disconnects. The ideal candidate will leverage their background in automotive sales or finance to offer suitable finance and insurance products to customers. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of Automotive Dealership Finance Manager experience.
Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
Highly detail-oriented and organized.
Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Experience and desire to work with technology.
Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations.
18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.

Prior Automotive Sales or F & I experience.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and transition them from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase.
Work with employees and customers to develop relationships.
Determine customer financing needs and payment options through consultative interviews.
Present a fully transparent pricing menu detailing financing options and products.
Process finance transactions, ensuring 100% compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Build rapport with customers to generate referrals.
Set and achieve targeted sales goals.
Gain superior product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
Ensure all administrative processes are handled timely and in compliance with company policy.
Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
