The Finance Enterprise Partner - Therapeutic Area (FEP - TA) will serve as a strategic business partner to the Squad Lead and become an active voice in decision making within the Squad. This role is responsible for ensuring delivery of financial commitments by enabling data-driven trade-offs across functions, integrating insights from Customer Engagement, commercial, medical affairs, market access, pricing, and gross-to-net elements (rebates, discounts, reserves). The FEP - TA is also a key connector to the global team and partners strongly with PT for managing inventories, with RD to understand pipeline possibilities and partnership in clinical studies, with HQ to provide transparency in our commercial results and strategies. The ideal candidate connects financial rigor with operational realities, driving alignment across the business to maximize value, optimize resource allocation, and support sustainable growth.
