Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in automotive F&I management or a Director-level role
- Extensive knowledge of dealership DMS systems (CDK, Dealertrack, or Reynolds & Reynolds)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to pass a criminal background check, and a pre-employment drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the F&I team to achieve department goals while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a wide network of lenders to secure the best rates and terms for our clients
- Oversee the presentation and sale of financing, service contracts, and ancillary products
- Ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local regulations throughout the contracting process
- Review and manage the "Contracts in Transit" (CIT) list to ensure timely funding and accurate accounting
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to streamline the deal-to-delivery process
