About The Position
The Finance Director serves as a strategic business partner to executive leadership, driving financial performance, business planning, operational excellence, and long-term value creation. This role leads the P&L side of financial planning and analysis (FP&A), forecasting, reporting, business performance management, and strategic decision support across the IA segment. The ideal candidate combines strong financial expertise with commercial acumen, leadership capability, and the ability to influence business decisions through data-driven insights.
