About The Position

The primary responsibility of this position is to finalize the financial and insurance portion of the vehicle sales transaction with our customers while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. To be successful in this position, you must be highly driven, motivated, people focused and obsessed with providing great customer service.

Requirements

  • Minimum of six months of successful automotive sales experience and at six months of experience in Finance Manager position
  • High School Education Degree
  • Valid driver’s license without restrictions that affects your ability to operate company owned vehicle(s) and ability to maintain a clean driving record.
  • Must attend AFIP within two months of hire and complete all certifications within six months
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with a wide range of individuals
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness and ability to take initiative in development and completion of people and projects
  • Ability to inspire and motivate individuals to perform well, allowing autonomy for staff to work independently
  • Driven and motivated by unlimited career opportunities and desire to be the best

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily activities of the Finance Department
  • Submit credit application for pending deals
  • Responsible for hiring and training qualified Business Manager and ensuring ongoing training is completed on all new products, forms, processes, etc.
  • Review credit applications for pending deals to financial institutions and assist Business Manager, as required
  • Maintain current information regarding the department’s performance, post department and individual reports daily
  • Ensure that all paperwork is prepared paying careful attention to completeness and conformity with local, state and federal regulations
  • Ensure that all monies due are collected timely and verify funds with the accounting office as applicable
  • Ensure that every Business Manager maintain state license required to sell insurance and extended warranty policies
  • Maintain the F&I forms, ensuring that most current and accurate forms are used.
  • Adhere to Auto Group’s safeguarding, CSI and other internal policies
  • Review and manage portfolio of loans with each lender
  • Uses personal device to provide an additional layer of security for company network and site access through multi-factor authentication.
  • Enforce safety precautions specific to work area.
  • Meet requirements of state and federal law for retail auto sales and consumer protection
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
