Finance Development Rotation Program (FDRP)
About The Position
The Finance Development Rotation Program (FDRP) is designed for new graduates to launch high-impact careers in finance. Participants complete structured rotations across key finance functions, gaining hands-on experience with ongoing mentorship and targeted training to develop strategic, technical, and leadership skills. The program seeks finance-focused AI innovators who are interested in applying artificial intelligence to improve workflows, uncover insights, and drive innovation. ServiceNow’s finance organization supports company priorities that include leading in AI, scaling for growth, and delivering operational excellence. Participants also take part in an AI Accelerator initiative, collaborating on business challenges and applying AI throughout their finance rotations. Rotations may include Financial Planning & Analysis, Finance Product & Analytics, Go-To-Market Finance, Treasury, Corporate Accounting & Financial Services, and Global Business Services. The role is based at the Santa Clara headquarters and requires hybrid work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field, with graduation by Summer 2027.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Experience leveraging AI or critically considering how to integrate it into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. Examples include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on a function or industry.
- Able to work hybrid at the Santa Clara headquarters.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting fundamentals, with exposure to financial modeling and analysis.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with PowerBI is strongly preferred.
