We are looking for a Finance & Admin Coordinator who is detail-oriented, organized, and ready to own the financial back office of a fast-moving operation. THE ROLE The Finance & Admin Coordinator is a part-time remote contractor role reporting directly to the CEO. You will own the financial and administrative infrastructure of Brighter Day Services — managing payroll, invoicing, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. This is a high-trust, low-supervision role built for someone who takes ownership, works independently, and delivers accurate results on time every time.
